We understand proper time management is critical for everyone. So, when we’re onboarding new clients onto a new DOTVOX phone system and/or our virtual fax services, the last thing we want to do is waste everyone’s time with long and gratuitous training sessions.

Since the DOTVOX system is so easy to use, our training sessions are efficient and straightforward to quicken the training process without compromising the impact. We will conduct one-on-one phone calls between our onboarding specialists and your company to ensure you’re getting the exact solution it needs, and also provide live video training sessions if needed to ensure you don’t spend hours scratching your head once your DOTVOX services start.

Users will also receive access to self-service videos and step-by-step product PDFs to help them understand the system even further if needed. If your employees have any questions whatsoever, they’re free to browse our easy to navigate collateral library to troubleshoot the issue without having to call DOTVOX support.

Any phones purchased will come pre-provisioned as well, which cuts out any need to set up phones yourself. For some companies, that could save dozens, if not hundreds of hours.  And, when your phones arrive at your office, you’ll be able to plug them in and start using them right away.
